Company ProfileTotal Parking Solutions, Inc. was founded on the premise of “uncompromising customer service.” Established in 2005, the principle partners of the firm have over 35 years experience in the parking industry. Both share a common vision of customer service as it relates to field, and the common reality that this often over-used catch phrase is the cornerstone of our business. Our prime focus is Pay by Space and Pay and Display equipment. Total Parking is a distributing partner for Cale multi-space equipment. Cale equipment is manufactured to the highest industry standards with a focus on ease of operation for the parking patron. With over 10,000 terminals installed worldwide, Cale is credited with manufacturing one of the most dependable terminals in the industry since 1955. Although our focus is on Multi-space parking equipment, Total Parking also provides gate access and lane control systems, as well as, various professional services for our customers. Both partners are from the Midwest, and live and work in the Chicago area. These local roots help us to understand the business climate, and the business ethics required to maintain a satisfied customer base.
