Q1 2026: A Strong Start to the Year

New Customers

Ludington, Michigan joins the TPS family in Q1, with 2 parking terminals now in operation. The Village of University Park also came on board this quarter, with 4 new CWT S4+ machines equipped with EMV card readers — a modern setup right from the start that positions their program well for the long term. It's always exciting to welcome new customers to the business and expand our service footprint.

Additions for Existing Clients

Lake Geneva, a long-standing TPS customer, added 2 more terminals to their system this quarter — continuing the steady investment they've made in their parking program over the years. Whiting, Indiana also added 1 new terminal.

Upgrades

Q1 saw strong upgrade activity as well. Round Lake had 1 machine upgraded to the Flowbird CWT S4+, bringing newer hardware and improved reliability to their operation. Peoples Parking upgraded 4 machines to the CWT S4+ platform and added EMV card readers across those units — a meaningful modernization that improves payment flexibility and positions their system for the evolving payments landscape.

Current Customers: Keeping Over 1,000 Terminals Running

New installations and upgrades are only part of the story. Alongside all of the above, TPS continues to provide ongoing service and scheduled preventative maintenance across a customer base that now spans over 1,000 terminals, more than 100 municipalities, and a growing number of private operators — stretching across Illinois, Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota. Every day, our technicians are in the field conducting routine maintenance visits, delivering service calls, and keeping terminals up and earning revenue for our clients.
