2023 Year in Review: Growth, new customers, and a busy year for TPS

2023 proved to be one of the more active years in recent memory for Total Parking Solutions, with new client relationships formed across the Chicagoland area and Florida Gulf Coast, a strong volume of new installations, and meaningful additions to our many long-standing customers.

On the new client front, the Village of Tinley Park was a standout addition, with TPS installing 10 new Flowbird pay stations across their parking program — one of the larger single-client deployments of the year. The Village of Broadview also became a customer in 2023, with 4 new terminals added. Down on Florida's Gulf Coast, Getaway Marina and Shipwreck joined the TPS family, adding 1 and 3 machines respectively to the growing roster of beachfront operators TPS serves in the Fort Myers Beach area.

Existing customers also invested heavily in expanding their systems in 2023. Wisconsin Dells added 10 new terminals, continuing their multi-year buildout of the Flowbird platform. Oak Park added 28 machines as part of their ongoing village-wide program expansion, and Berwyn added 30 terminals — a major investment that significantly modernized their parking infrastructure. Another one of the year's most notable projects was in Stillwater, Minnesota, where TPS provided 5 new machines, bringing Stillwater's program fully up to current standards.

CWT upgrades were made across several accounts including Des Plaines, UIC, Hanover Park, Berkeley, and Berwyn.

In total, TPS installed or upgraded 119 terminals across its service area in 2023 — a strong reflection of the trust municipalities and private operators continue to place in TPS.
